Description

The development of this course was designed to allow users of the BOLT ON TECHNOLOGY software to achieve maximum benefit from all applications.  We will explore the basics of your shop management system and help you set it up for success.  Each software solution will be covered screen-by-screen, teaching the fine tuning and proper settings for the software to meet your requirements and give you the advantage you want.

We will connect the “Industry Best Practices” to the use of the software, while showing you the smallest details of its usage as only the developers can.  This in-depth look of the software, will cover each of the following:

  • Lube Sticker Pro
  • Mobile Manager Pro
  • Message Manager
  • Review Manager
  • Welcome Station Kiosk
  • Report Pro

  • Dashboard

As you learn the intricacies of each product, you will be shown the best way to use each software solution, to get a complete buy-in from the rest of your team, while integrating these time-saving methods into your daily workflow.

Additionally, you will be provided with the best methods of educating your customers on your shop’s use of text messaging as a form of communication on current service’s and future appointments.

Expectations and Goals

The ultimate goal of BOLT ON University is for the shop owner/service advisor, who attends the class, to grasp the best practices and focused use of the software.
